I don't think they have proper inventory as they seem to be shipping out way past 3 days. Pre-drill issues, alignment issues. I do understand that places are under pressure from staffing issues etc. I've been using a kitchen chair to avoid making any issues worse. The most frustrating thing is that I would be able to fix the chair myself with the proper parts but this would void Haworth's warranty.

Reclining is a secondary feature for most good ergonomic chairs, and is just there so that users can change position frequently and rest a bit, which are 2 key factors of good seating ergonomics.

WebChairs are personal preference, and the Zody is one of the subreddit favorites for a reason. It's a great chair.
