But I'd imagine that if they went out and got some more experience as a CFI or flying part 135 … WebDelta still only hires people with 0-1 failure on their record and will probably keep that up as long as they can still find applicants, United and American and the other majors are slightly less picky but more than 2 is gonna make your life more difficult anywhere. Except for Mesa. And Republic. And probably GoJet, TSH, and Great Lakes.
